A lot of small businesses still make invoices the hard way. One file in Word, one copy on WhatsApp, payments in a notebook, and no clear picture of who has paid and who has not.
DG Invoice Maker puts that whole flow in one place: create the invoice, send it as a PDF, record the payment when it comes, and see where the business stands. It is on Google Play now, and the iOS version is going through Apple's process.
Not just invoices
The invoice is the easy part. The real work of a business is everything around it, so the app tracks that too: customer and supplier records, a reusable catalog of products and services, taxes and discounts, supplier purchases, other expenses, and full or partial payments on both sides.
Paid, unpaid, partially paid, overdue.
Those four words are what an owner actually wants to know at the end of the day. The dashboard answers them at a glance, and account statements and filters let you dig into any customer or supplier when something does not add up.
What it is built with
- Flutter on the phone — one codebase for Android and iOS, offline-capable invoice drafting.
- A Laravel API as the source of truth: accounts, business data, and private file storage.
- PDF invoices generated on the server, sent by email or shared from the phone.
- Payments, purchases, expenses, and account statements — not just the invoice itself.
- Insights that show paid, unpaid, partially paid, and overdue at a glance.

Where it is now
The Android app is live on Google Play today. The iOS build is done and going through Apple's review process — when it is approved, this post will get its App Store button, the same way our other apps did.
